Cancelled my contract telephonically beginning of June as I was on a month-to-month. Cell C kept debiting in July and August. When I phoned again in July to ask why, they said they had no record of me canceling the contract in June. I asked them to look up the phone calls - nothing was done. I've had no feedback from Cell C, no explanation, just a whole lot of bad attitude and taking my money.
Also enquired about a charge for R16, 18 - apparently for more than 20MB of data that was downloaded in ONE SECOND??? How is this physically possible? No outcome for this either, no explanation, no feedback, no nothing.
