Samsung S4 device registration and docs issues

Hi,

I'm extremely dissapointed with the service of Alwayson, SAMSUNG and Celluctiy. I recently bought an S4 at Cellucity and the service received during the purchase was good. Thereafter everything went good to extremely bad service from all three parties mentioned above.

Last Monday I tried to register my new device on Alwayson, which was unsuccessful, whereby the message state that SAMSUNG verification for the device is required, which will take 7 to 10 days

I phoned all three ever since last week without any joy. Each one telling me its the others issue. Yesterday, I attempted again and finally escalated. I was informed by the Alwayson service desk that the calls, which I made last week were never logged. I was informed the call was now logged after a week and will take 7 to 10 days to resolve.

I finally got someone to work on it immediately, who advised it should be sorted by last night or during the cause of today. I was once again informed today that they have no idea when it will be sorted out.

I enjoy my S4 and the nightmare with the registration on Alwayson has clouded my experience
