I bought a Galaxy tab from CaCell on 22 December 2012. I tried to register the tablet on Samsung's wifi promotion with Alwayson. Could not get the tablet registered.
I received an email from Alwayson today, 3 June 2013 and was advised that the product was not purcahsed in South Africa and cannot be registered.

I called the CaCell call centre and was sent from piller to post when i queried the issue regarding the product that was not purchased in South Africa. The call centre staff were totally evasive and incompetent.

Nowhere on the site does it state that their product are not for the South African market.
