CELL C service provider internet and BIS service is OFFLINE and hangs from approximately 5h30 pm till about 10h30pm basically every night!!! In our household we have seven cellular phones of different makes, however only one that is VODACOM is online whilst CELL C has no internet, whatsapp, BBM etc.
THiS is a lonstanding problem since CELL C went "BIG"
