BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I EMAILED CELL C ON THE 27TH OF AUGUST ABOUT BBM CONNECTIONS THAT ARE FOREVER BEEN LOST. THE FIRST CALL CENTRE ANSWER WAS THAT THEY WERE DOING UPGRADES AND WAS ADVISED THAT IT WOULD BE SORTED OUT IN A DAY OR TWO, NO FEEDBACK FROM A EMAIL SENT TO THEM ALTHOUGH THEY ADVISED IT SHOULD TAKE BETWEEN 24 AND 72 HOURS. CELL C DONT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS AND DONT EVEN BOTHER EMAILING BACK. AND THEY EXPECT US TO RENEW OUR CONTRACTS.
