I lost my phone and was so worried as no one could get hold of me especially family, contacted MTN and blocked my phone and got the necessary documents ready for the insurance claim.
I called the mtn insurance to find out if my claim form was received but couldn't get through and was so frustrated by that, I decided to leave a comment on their website and to my surprised I was called by Koketso on my work phone in less than 10 min.
She told me to send her my claim form and she will do it first thing the following morning.
Service in South Africa has become bad that I thought she is just saying that just to keep me at easy, but to my amazement she delivered on her promise the following morning got an email that my claim was processed and approved that I must go to the nearest MTN store.
Morning Side Store the best MTN store I have ever been to, I got there from when I entered a guy asked me what we where therefore he gave us a number, we waited for the next agent didn't even take 5min being there we where assisted the agent didn't ask me a lot of questions, processed what I gave her, paperless service I just signed and got the phone that's it.
