I needed to get one of my old phones to work again, but had lost the charger. after enquering with a sales rep, they confirmed that unfortunately the phone was too old and that they no longer stocked the chargers. To my rescue came another gentleman with a double barrel name Jean-xxxxx (cant remember the second name). after asking me to wait 2min, he dissapeared into the back of the shop and quickly emerged thereafter with a usb charger-which he gave to me at NO charge. if my memory serves me correct, this was the third shop i had tried and was getting desperate. Needless to say that when my contract is up for renewal, I will certainly consider changing. i suppose this does not sound like such a major deal, but after having recurring bad luck with cell phones and desperately needing a means of connecting to the outside world on that particular day, it came as an absolute life saver. thx a mil!
