We moved from Vodacom to CellC, after about a month (brand new phone) it just started restarting and other issues so we took it in for repair at BlueRoute.
21 days later we got it back damaged, so we sent it back again.
Another 21 days later it comes back with nothing done so now it is back for "repair".
Should this not be a priority?
Agents at Blueroute promised that if this issue was not resolved by the end of last week we would get a new phone, now they say it is out of their hands.
We are getting no feedback anymore regarding this issue.
We are paying for a phone/service for 2.5 months that we are not currently using.
This is unacceptable guys.
