Since my modem kept on disconnecting i had it submitted to have it checked out. Mtn managed to mess up the forms and as a result my modem is lost somewhere in the system. Its been 3 months of no internet but i pay for the service. I have been to the shop in my lunch times about 3 times, take note i have to drive 5 kilometers every time and stand in lines, i have been in contact with 2 agents working in Eikestad mall and i have even submitted a complaint via the Mtn site. Non of these actions has gotten me anywhere closer to resolving the problem. I would love to end this contract with Mtn so they can stop my money every month but with the level of service i have gotten that will probably take 6 months to accomplish and another 10 visits. Feels like i should hire a person to stand in line for me so i can just walk in at lunch time. Thank you Mtn for making me feel like a statistic on your sales reports and completely ignoring the little guy. If by some miracle i get this solved i will mark it down as the first miracle on my way to saint hood.
