We left CellC because of service delivery. Little did we know that CellC is utopia compared to Vodacom. We activated my daughters contract on Friday afternoon... After hours and hours of calling/visiting Vodacom it STILL is not working. And nobody can say how they will get it to work - not the aftersales dept, not the technical dept, not the activations dept, not even after visiting the VODACOM CUSTOMER SERVICE shop. They are a joke. You get sent from pillar to post and nothing... I'm sure when it comes time to debit your account they will be spot on and on time though - because taking your money is of utmost importance to them - not delivering a quality service to the customer paying an astronomical price for this service! Disgusting - so please don't kid yourself and think that by swapping to Vodacom you will get quality service. They are pathetic - should never have cancelled with Cell C.
