I have 2 contracts with you and my sons phone was then i called the call centre spoke to Lebo which was not very helpfull. I need to blacklist the phone however does not have the IMB number as requested. Surely Cell C must have all my information as my son is studying in cape town and I dont have that information, . I want to downgrade to the original contract package. The service is unexceptable.
