I made a complaint.
Nobody has contacted me and my order has not yet been filled.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I have received in this regard.
Today I tried to follow up on on my order with someone in the call centre, and he was unhelpful and unwilling to even try and track my order.
My service is still not active. Because the call centre messed up my orders so many times I no longer qualify for the free handset I was supposed to receive when applying online. And nobody is willing to take any initiative to assist in having it resolved.
