Roaming Yeah Right

I phoned MTN SP support at the end of June to activate Roaming because i was visiting NYC for three months and seeing that allot of my account requires a Auth token/key that gets SMS'ed to me. I spend a hour on phone going threw all the questions and confirmations. I am still in NYC and guess what it still is not working. I have not been able to access any of my account from banking to game account and this is not acceptable. What is going on at that place.
