No response from MTN

I've placed a complaint on hellopeter on the 31st of july 2013. On the 8th aug 2013 mtn responses asking an enquirie. I responded with a 3 page explanation and photo's regarding the problem. My REQ Nr 24722911. Attention veronica. I've received req nr # 6901356, # 6900687, # 6900696, # 6900704. AND THEN SHEREEN ASKED TO ELABORATE ON MY PROBLEM!! These are only the last few logged nr. I can provide numerious nr since I started logging the problems in AUG 2012!! ONE year later. No response and no fixing the problem. Herewith my last attempt for responds AND FIXING THE PROBLEM. Otherwise I demand the cancellation of the contract with refund of the full term monies payed and to keep my number.
