I have twice reported to 8-ta (nrs 4143148, 6569921) that I lose up to 5 gig data at times when I am not even connected. They have closed the cases both times without even contacting me. Out of desperation I Googled the problem and found that someone else had the same problem and reported it on hello Peter. There Is clearly something fishy going on. I will have to go to another provider if they don't help me promptly. I already lost money because I have to buy top up data every time. PLEASE HELP URGENTLY!!!
