Shoking customer service once again

Hi, you are completely aware of my problem so i am not going to put this down all over again. I handed my cell phone in for the second time for repairs on the 10/08/2013. Sifiso Mlangeni contacted me and promised he would keep me updated regarding the repairs as i am not prepared to wait another 6 weeks for my phone considering there repairs centre had it for 6 weeks and send it back with the same problem. Sifiso Mlangeni handed my query to Brian (not sure of the surname). He has made many empty promises, promises to call me back regarding my phone. I have had to call him regarding an update. I did advise him yesterday that i would like a call back regarding the phone or he can cancle the contract. He confirm he would. up until now he has not called me back. I am tired and i dont want anymore promises from your firm, I want this contract cancelled asap. You can call me back regarding the cancellation and nothing else. Secondly you guys have changed our interenet service with out a proper consultation or anything in writing. When i signed up i had no limitations on my internet and now you capped it and want to charge me when finished. you are in breech of your contract.
