DON'T BOTHER WITH A SIMSWOP

Today I attempted to do a simswop on a prepaid number I have been using for the last 15 odd years.

When finally put through to an agent, I get asked the most impossible questions!!

For example,
Which billing structure am I using? How the am I suppose to know that???
3 frequent numbers I've dialed? My previous phone is damaged. How the FFFF am I suppose to answer this???

Now I get told with huge sarcasm that my application has failed. So what now MTN???

I DEMAND THIS ISSUE SORTED IMMEDIATELY!!!
