We are a pty ltd, and have at lease 10 differnt contracts with MTN! I process the doucments for payment in durban - i process for JHB and Durbnan - so u can imagine that it can be time consuming hanging on the line or waiting for emails to be returned.
A credit has been passed on the statement but have no copy of the credit to process has been sent. When an audit gets done, the auditors request copies of documents. i have been chasing since End of June... still i am waiting.. CN588704J . i have emailed Cathy botha (was refered to her by the Nomsa Ngomane who has been very helpful.
