Terrible terrible service

I am disgusted by the fnb credit card section. I applied for a credit card several weeks ago. I am still waiting for feedback. I keep getting mixed feedback and I find the whole process to have been incredibly painful, time consuming and exhausting and irritating. I have never in my life had such issues as I am having with this useless department.
