Guess I'll need to move to get reception!
Over 2 years ago I wrote a complaint on HelloPeter. I live in Ferndale, Randburg. Getting "Normal" Reception if I'm lucky. 3G??? No idea what that is and they advertise LTE??? Fair enough I got a response from Vodacom. Someone will contact me... Bla bla bla...
A year later, still not resolved I complained about the same issue... Same response... Someone called me and said they are putting up a tower within 800m from my house. Exactly the same as the year before. Today I talked to someone at work and the same topic came up. Funny word for word they gave him the exact response? He stays around 50km from me. Why do they not respond with an answer on hellopeter? I buy data bundles but I can't seem to finish them and keep on loosing? Not because I don't want to? Just that I have no reception so Vodacom keeps making money out of me for a service they sell and do not deliver. Guess I'll receive a call tomorrow with the same promise. Vodacom, at least have the guts to make a promise in writing.
