I have 3 contracts with 8TA taken out 2years back I went to the 8TA Telkom Direct stores and filled in the forms to have my contracts renewed.
Great was the shock when I received a call stating the I had an account with an outstanding balance of R1700 since 2004 for a Telkom Landline I was directed to phone 10217 and directed again to phone legal department on 011 449 3407 - they had no record of me
WHY would 8ta not have picked up the default 2years back when I applied for 3 contracts now I am being held liable for an account of 13years old that I am not even aware of
I urgently need feedback regarding this matte
