Final straw with Vodacom

Ie enterded vodashop in centurion mall to get assistance with my tablet. I stood in the correct que for the technical support. Of course there was only 1person to assist as usual.
There was a man in the wrong que to service consultants but no one would assist as playinin our phones and computers are more important.
I stepped forward after lazarus decided he had replying to his messages.
The guy in the incorrect que came up to me and started an argument, i explained i was in the corrector que thus its my turn, where lazarus will tell me to step back and wait my turn.

If you in the incorrect que its not my fault.

This is after Ive been having so many problems with vodacom with not getting statements, wrong billing, 3x debiting my account in one month!!

I'm going to move my contracts as with other suppliers i know ill received bad service, but they don't walk around and say they have great service!!!
