Thank you to Jakes from the Mazda workshop division for really going the extra mile to assist clients and ensure great service levels. When I was forced last Friday to unexpectedly leave my vehicle overnight for repairs, I had no means of getting back home - a drive of 130kms. The dealership could not assist with a courtesy vehicle as these were already allocated. My only alternative was to drive my vehicle home in the hope that there would be no further damage. Jakes, however, was adamant that I could not do so and proceeded to move mountains to find alternative transport for me. When he could not do so, he insisted that I take his own vehicle for the weekend. His persistence and concern showed how much he values Lazarus' clients. His colleague, Charmaine, is also always extremely helpful, courteous and friendly in assisting customers. Well done to Lazarus Motors on your great service ambassadors!
