I have left numerous complaints regarding your service before & NOTHING is being done abt it! I have purchased an ad hoc data bundle 7 DAYS AGO and yet it is not loaded! Left a FB msg & was promised that someone will get back to me - cant believe I fell for that one!! Your service is up to and so is your call centre staff making false promises. I would like the bundle to be loaded (hopefully this year still) and be reimbursed for the "out of bundle" charges that I am charged because of your INCOMPETENCE! i HATE YOUR CO AND CANNOT WAIT TO MOVE TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER - YOU ARE BY FAR THE WORS CO TO DEAL WITH
