Good day, I have been with MTN for more than 10 years now and decided to change from Pre-paid to a contract customer 2 years ago. accounts were opened on my name, I disputed them, my name was cleared and this were sorted out. I am due for an upgrade and I want an iPad but my application was declined 3 times. I tried to call the "808" number several times but still no help. I must say MTN's call centre is just useless shame.
I launched a compliant on the 15th of August 2013 and I received a reference number. I never heard anything from MTN.
