On 8 December 2012 a complain was placed on Hello Peter regarding the service I receive from Nashua.
The complaint dates back to August 2012 and the matter is still not resolved.
Upon my returned from Australia on the 15th January 2013 I finally negotiated a settlement in that I would receive another mobile as a replacement. Whilst in Sydney I was advised by numerous Mobile outlets, firstly they do not even offer the Samsun Pocket mobile either on contract or sale as, and I quote, "THE PROCESSOR IS NOT POWERFUL ENOUGH TO RUN THE ANDROID USER INTERFACE IN A FLUENT MANNER". I must report that Ritesh Balraj has always returned my calls when a message was left for him. As for the head office, what can I say, I still await to have a courteous reply from Mark Taylor, who apparently thinks he is more powerful than Barak Obama! I have left numerous messages once more today for him as well as Samantha Solomons, who obviously thinks she is the First Lady and she also does not need to reply to telephone messages left.
