I purchased 100MB of data at 09:30 a short while later when I check the balance, I was informed that I am only left with 26MB, but when according to my data usage history, only 25MB had been used.

worse part is that when I called cell c to query it, I was informed that there's some "updates" that do no record on our phones it only records on their system, the consultant insisted that they do happen even though my auto updates and data limits were set.

Makes you wonder how many of these untraceable "updates" I will be getting on my contract and how much it is capable of increasing by.
