ADSL line always a problem

I have been battling now for 5 months with a a broken ADSL line. If i call me ISP (afrihost), they tell me its telkom's fault. Then the a telkom technician come and fix the problem only to have the same problem the following weekend. PLEASE FIX IT permanently
