I pay without default but when these a break down no one sends me a notification that the network is having problems, i was stranded in the most dangerous place in Johannesburg and to my surprise i couldn't make calls, had to sleep out at a friend House and my husband to be waiting for me to get home, cause of mtn and not notifying us it created a mistrust in my marriage for not providing me with a good service, am angry and fuming cause as a customer i deserve to be notified that the network that am signed into for 24 months is having technical problem
