Pensioner Handed ove

My father paid up and cancelled his Cell C Contract in February 2012, and continued on a pay as you go client but, in July 2013 he gets handed over for surposedly outstanding monies and although we have forwarded proof of payment to the supplier and the lawyers, we receive no response. My father, a pensioner, is now having sleepless nights
