I bought a phone on contract with MTN in December 2011 and i am paying using debit order. Early this year i found out that i was paying for another account i don't know about (A4127452), i approached MTN about this they said it was a mistake on their side and it was to be fixed, but until now it hasn't. i logged a complain with them in June/July this year and every time i call them to ask about this matter its always one story, "we will fix this, please give us your contact details, we will call u" until today i am still waiting for their call. This account is still taking money from my account even today.
Tired of MTN, i just wanna pay my contract phone in full and then i am done them.
