Cell C
The C, definitely doesn't mean custome

I've been dealing with cell c for a few years now and each time I tell myself that this is it, nomore. but then cell c is the cheapest network and we do want to budget as well. is it because they are the cheapest network that it gives them the right to treat their customer like . 1- the cell c "customer" care line is a JOKE. 2- the cell c "customer" service in store (specifically promanade) is pathetic, the store "MANAGER" has no etiquette and is abominably arrogant. 3- the after sales service is putrid. 4- booking in your handset for repairs is the worst thing you can do at cell c, they'll either never notify when it's ready, or it takes so long that they actually forget about your handset and ultimately... lose it(). I've recently booked in my blackberry for repairs at a different store only to see if the service is normal throughout cell c or if it is confined only to the at promade branch mitchell's plain. HELP US!!!
