Phone upgraded 12 days ago and linked number 0832270056 still not activated despite 5 X visits to the store, - 20 SMS sent, numerous phone calls emails all of which I have record of and their last answer from them "have done all we can do so you need to contact call centre" and this after being a client of theirs and MTN for 20 years at a monthly average payment of - R800-00.I have no words to describe how disappointed I am and have no idea what more I can do to have this matter resolved
