Suspended line due to not updating information

My line got cut a day ago due to an outstanding amount of R234.00, as communicated to vodacom in 2011 that my bank is not Absa they still did not change and thus expect me to pay this outstanding monies before my line is reconnected. This being incompetence from their side. I still have the communes and send it to Oliver instead he has a reading impairment???
