After recieving a email from herman botha that we must come into the menlyn shop that all will be fixed on our problem we were attentaded by onica as well beverly what worse service no manners no proffesilism screaming to other consultants while we were sitting there and after numerous emais complaints telephone calls the seless telkom cant help us again i already laid a complaint at icasa as well because they are useless and worth nothing to the company they laugh and joke and have ano care attitude and dares us out to go complain at the highest authorities well as usaul we left the shop at menlyn agin with out being helped after numerous promises and the mangager of that shop were as well rude on the phone with me i know why they are so pathetic because they learn it from management .they cant do anything right they are wasting my time my effort my money and my sanity
