On the Easter weekend of this year (2012) the data in my BB was depleting unusually fast, and to confirm this MTN sent me an sms apologizing for that and subsequently said they would look into the matter. Two months went by without any form of communication from them so I called to follow up and asked to be reimbursed since I had suffered a loss for which I was not responsible for. They said they would investigate this and then get back to me, which they did not. I then called again and spoke to a manager (Francina) who assured me the matter would be dealt with and then she'd get back to me but she did not. Up to now I'm supposed to have received calls from three supervisors (for three different calls made to MTN regarding the same issue) and all three failed to honor that promise.
