Cell C PLEASE don't just go onto this site and say someone will get back to you - if you say something like that I, as the client, then actually expect you to contact me. It has been a week-and-a-half since you said someone would get back to me and still no go! Then when I escalated the problem to your Cell C Facebook page I was told the same - someone will get back to me. Still waiting - however I did get a "voice mail" saying that they would be contacting me via email. Again still waiting.
Please get your act together and give your clients the kind of service they require - surely that is not asking too much.
