Unsubscribed billing and unable to assist

Last month I upgraded my phone to a Samsung S4, only to receive a bill at the end of July for R1500.00 from a average of R600 to R800 per month. I inquired as to why, the call center said that this was due to me subscribing to Mira networks and them deducting against my account. I had never subscribed to any online service, however various providers have me listed as subscribing to their services. I have since finding out, called in and requested from my service provider to assist me in sorting this out... and every time there is an additional network charging subscriptions to my account which i have not subscribed to, accepted or even heard of. To date my data charges are astronomical and not one of the representatives have been able to assist me. On going into the branch that upgraded my contract (Bayside) and requesting that consultant that sold me the contract assist me... even then did Autopage head office have no answers nor were they willing to help their own staff resolve issues. I feel that it is criminal that so called service providers are able to our hard earned money and we can do nothing about it.
