I was phoned last week Wednesday 7 August around 15:00 and was told that my problem will be sorted out and I will be phoned by the technical team. It's been 7 days again...
Please listen to the call, as I specifically told the person that CellC has 7 days to sort out the problem and if it's not fixed I want my contract cancelled WITHOUT ANY COST TO ME.
Only phone me after you have listed to the call, as the person on the line assured me it's recorded.
I want to take out a new contract with Vodacom or MTN so please phone me to cancel my contract asap, so I can carry on with my work.
