In february this year I took out a contract for a apple IPAD. MTN has overcharged me every month till today. The total overcharge sums up to R232.00. From March I have been logging calls but with no help, I have not yet received my refund nor has may overcharged been corrected- It is to be seen this month by how much will I have been overcharged. I have two contracts with MTN, paying up to R1000.00 a month. MTN service is the most pethatic I have ever come across, and i would rather shift networks to vodacom or cell c as I am troughly disgusted at the level of service received from a multi million/ billion rand co-oporation. I would like to tell all my friends and family never to open an MTN contract in there life.
