It has been 3 weeks since this ordeal began and countless phonecalls from my Vodacom number to countless Cell C numbers in trying to sort this mess out and I am now pleading with anyone that I have once contacted or even added as an email address to assist me in sorting this out. I would like to state THAT NO ONE UP TO THE HIGHEST OFFICES THAT I HAVE CONTACTED HAS TAKEN THE TIME TO UNDERSTAND MY QUERY AND ASSIST ME.

Firstly these are some of the reference numbers and some of the people that I have spoken to:

I have attached the last invoice that I have received from cell c.

I have a Cell c My router contract with cell c. I only use the sim card in the router for data and NO PHONE CALLS OR ROAMING, I receive 5 gigs a month for R299

On the 18th/19th of June I received a call from a guy who contacted me and said that my bill is R2800 and I needed to pay R1800 to continue using the bill. I WOULD LIKE TO ENQUIRE UNDER WHAT GROUNDS DID HE CALL, WAHT WAS THE ALERT ON HIS SIDE, AND FOR A REVIEW OF THE
