After more than a week without a landline I eventually got around to reporting it "online" on Sunday of the past long weekend.
Despite the Telkom web site being very slow, I eventually got the problem logged and received a reference via sms AND e-mail.
By 09h00 on Monday morning a technician was at the premises and by 10h00 the problem was sorted out.
WELL DONE. That's the type of service we need.
