I am paying for a 2MB Line and only receive a download speed of 110kb - This is daylight... I have phoned the "Callcenter" numerous times, just to be greeted by a Incompetent "person" who does not KNOW the meaning of the word service NOR how to spell it. I have reported this issue in May 2013 already, and yet nothing has been done about it. Been told by Telkom that not enough BandWidth is being allocated by Telkom to the specific area - I am sorry, but I miss the part where that is MY problem
