MAHALLA!!! is worth nothing without service!!!

Holding on to reach the call centre 10 mins... nothing, 9minutes nothing, third try I gave up after 4.6mins.

I upgraded... STUPID ME!!! and want to insure my new phone... can you believe it takes this long just to get through.

I have done this whole complaint while waiting for someone to answer!!!
