It is impossiuble to get holdof the legal department via phone or email.
There is no response, it seems like they could not be bothered.
I am interested in a contract and have paid what I owe 2. Years ago I also have a letter saying that payment was received.
Yet as of now 2 years later the legal atatus on the account has not been lifted or changed.
I am sure if Cell C doesn't want my business another network will.
