You cut my internet access off 2 weeks ago after you did not allocate a payment to my account, I have now paid it again and despite your standard of getting me back on line in a loooong 72 hours, you missed that deadline. I know you are not customer focused and that you will look to possibly do a job within the minimum period you failed again. You could aim for better service delivery but you don't.
The last time I complained about you, your comment was to thank me fomr bringing it to your attention. DO you fix the problem? No, of course not, acknowledging that there was a problem was a stretch for you, fixing it beyond your comprehension.
still have no internet access despite paying you twice and you missed your cut off twice. You really are the worst cell phone provider in the country.
