Our Landline and ADSL went down on Saturday the 3rd of August 2013 and it's been down since then.
It was reported to Telkom and they inducated that they had a Technical upgrade done over that weekend, the problem the line is still down, everytime I contact them it's the same excuse "the upgrade"
I have been without this service for the last 8 days and there's no inducation as to when this will be fixed.
When wil this be sorted, and will I have to pay for this period of service I lost or will I get a rebate for the lost service which is about 25% of the bill.
