I had 2 mtn contracts initially for over 2 years, i then asked mtn to cancel both my contracts since i did not need the contracts anymore and could not understand their billing system and since they said i owed them /-R2700. Well, I paid them the money and thought everything was cancelled but to my surprise i got another statement from them saying i must pay about R2000 again. Can MTN please tell me what is going on because i think am being over-charged here.
