Reported "dead" phone, number 0129918328 on 26 July 2013, given ref: 325ctz260713. NO ACTION since then. Have critically ill family member in hospital. Communications with family/friends disrupted. Requite immediate action from Telkom AND a credit on rental charge for total days without service from 26 July until service is restored.
