I received my new contract bb on 02/08/13 upon instruction from the sales consultany i did not use it till my othercellular phone Didnt work any longer thus i only started using it the evening after 19h00 hours. As per inquiry the sales consultant I did not charge the phone as she said it had been precharged and it was thus not necessary. The following day early inbyhe morning however i had to charge the battery as the phone was flat, this happened twice as the day carried on. Monday afternoon i took the phone back; the sales lady spoke to her manager who personally informed me that she would contact me on Wednesday, however i received no call or sms or email! Thursday 8th of August I took initiative to contact the branch at 10h00, the sales lady said she would contact me once again no response; at 15h40 i contacted the branch they informed me that the managed had gone on lunch and that they would call in 10minutes. 45minutes later i once again contacted the branch encountering a uninformed employee who refused to let me speak to the manager, she even put tge phone down in my ear. I'm appaulled by the service that i received from the staff this being my 3rd contract?!
